About the survey
Women with Disabilities Australia (WWDA), Women With Disabilities ACT (WWDACT) and Women With Disabilities Victoria (WDV) want to know what you think about disability supports outside of the NDIS.
This survey will help us to tell the Government what supports and services you need.

Eligibility
You can fill out this survey if you:
· are a woman, non-binary or gender diverse person AND
· are a person with a disability/disabilities AND
· live in Australia

Your responses will be private. We will not collect your name or other personal information. We will not share who you are and will combine responses where possible. Once you start the survey any responses you enter will be collected even if you do not complete the survey. We will only use quotes from people who tell us we can use their quotes.
