College Bound 2023 Application

Welcome to the College Bound 2022 Application! This application will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, and the application deadline is April 30, 2023

Hello College Bound Applicant!

Thank you for your interest in applying for Just In Time's College Bound service. College Bound will support your education by providing a laptop, printer, school supplies, and workshop curriculum to help you compete at your school.

If selected to receive the College Bound award, you will need to attend the following events:

College Bound Day Fair Event - June 3rd, 2023
College Bound Celebration & Walmart Shopping Trip - June 10th, 2023

Application Guidelines:

MUST be enrolled in a Community College, University/Grad-School for the award year in which you are applying

**NOTE: Vocational and Trade schools are NOT eligible. (E.g. UEI College, PIMA Medical Institute, Concorde Career College, Bellus Academy, etc.)**

Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
You will need to gather the following documents in order to complete the College Bound Application. The following documents must be uploaded to this application:

1. Unofficial Transcripts
  - High School Transcripts for First-Year College students
  - College Transcripts for continuing College/Grad students
2. College Acceptance Letter/Verification (Needed for First-Year College & Grad students)
3. Essay (if submitted, it will be entered into essay contest)
  - Format: Times New Roman, 12 point font, double spaced, please review grammar and spelling***
    Answer the prompts in separate sections of the document, the entire document should be 1,000-1,200 words.
    - Please describe your personal, educational, and career goals. [200-250 words]
    - What steps you are taking to reach these personal, educational, and career goals? [200-250 words]
    - Describe, in detail, any challenge(s) you have overcome in pursuing your educational goals. [200-250 words]
    - What have you learned in overcoming these challenges? [200-250 words]
