We encourage input that is:
- Specific and actionable
- Focused on particular sections or chapters of the plan
- Oriented toward improving clarity, feasibility, or implementation.
- Balanced: in addition to what you'd like to see changed, please also tell us what you support in the plan, so we know what’s working.
Feedback submitted during this period will be reviewed, considered and summarized as Circular Action Alliance prepares the final program plan for submission to CalRecycle in October 2026.
