CORD is launching a staged process to explore rare disease readiness in Canada: what building blocks are in place, where promising examples may exist, and what Canada should begin measuring to understand progress.
This survey combines an expression of interest and an initial rating exercise. The goal is not to rank provinces or identify “best” and “worst” performers. Instead, CORD is gathering informed perspectives on what matters, what may already exist in pockets, and where better information is needed.
You do not need to know every province or territory. Please answer based on the areas you know best, whether through lived experience, professional experience, research, policy, service delivery, community knowledge, or organizational work.
Your responses will be summarized anonymously. CORD may analyze responses by role, province/territory, area of expertise, and confidence level. After Webinar 3, CORD expects to circulate a consolidated list of indicators for a second round of review and refinement.
Time to completion: 15-20 minutes
* This survey is directed to persons in Canada.
