CAK 2025 Conference Call For Presenter Form

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2025 CAK Annual Conference. The conference is June 10-12, 2025, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Lexington/UK Coldstream, Lexington, KY.

Use this form to submit proposed sessions individually. All submissions will be notified of either acceptance or denial by February 1, 2025.

Presentations may be about any topic of interest to the Community Action Network, including but not limited to:

Aging: Home Visit Safety, Senior Hunger, Wellness and Recreational Programs, Economic Security, Elderly Mental Health, Technology for Seniors, Senior Mobility and Transportation.

CSBG: Organizational Standards, ROMA, Community Level Initiatives, Whole Family Approach, Community Engagement Strategies, Survey Evaluation Techniques.

Case Management and Family Support: Role and Responsibilities of a Case Manager, Client Assessment Techniques, Crisis Intervention, Client Advocacy, Customer Service, Navigating Social Services for Clients, Documentation Best Practices.
