You are invited to participate in a research study examining students’ experiences of administrative and support services at The UWI St Augustine Campus. The study aims to inform service improvement, staff training, and institutional policy development.
If you agree to take part, you will be asked to complete an online survey that takes approximately 10–12 minutes. The survey asks about your experiences with administrative services, communication, responsiveness, and fairness in service delivery.
Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may skip any question you do not wish to answer. You may withdraw from the study at any time by exiting the survey before submission. Once your responses are submitted anonymously, they cannot be withdrawn as they cannot be linked back to you.
There are no anticipated risks beyond minimal discomfort that may arise from reflecting on service experiences. You may stop the survey at any time. There is no direct personal benefit to you. However, your responses will contribute to improving service delivery at the University. Your responses are anonymous. No identifying information is collected. Data will be analysed in aggregate form only and reported in a way that does not identify individuals or units.
This study has been submitted for approval to the Campus Research Ethics Committee, The University of the West Indies, St Augustine Campus.
