3.Chamber members being recommended by the 2025 Chamber Nominating Committee and Chamber Board of Directors to begin serving 3 year terms on the Chamber Board of Directors in 2026 are as follows:

Board Member terms are for 3 years, renewable to a second 3 year term.

Certification of Ballots
Following the close of this meeting, the Chamber Executive Committee will certify all ballots. In accordance with our by-laws, the Chamber Board elects officers from its sitting directors. Officers will be announced in the New Year.

CREDC Board of Directors
The CREDC Board of Directors is self-selecting, and has adopted the following slate of candidates to join the board in 2026:
  • Virginia Burd, Harristown Enterprises
  • Evan Dickinson, S&T Bank
  • Jason Hunt, PPL Corporation
  • Eric Kunkle, Property Management Inc.
  • Eric Rensel, Rensel Consulting
NOMINATIONS and CANDIDATE SELECTION
Nominations for both boards of directors open annually each fall. Any Chamber member is eligible to be nominated. Self-nominations are encouraged. Nominating Committees comprised of both current director and non-director members review every candidate application and make recommendations to the full boards.
