The Covington Board of Education is committed to leading a systematic and strategic superintendent search process guided by the following principles and values:

As part of this effort, our search firm, Alma Advisory Group, is carrying out a survey to understand what our community cares about most for the future of our district. Your perspectives and insights will help inform our approach to recruiting, interviewing and eventually selecting our next Superintendent.
