Animal Therapies Ltd (ATL) a health promotion charity, is proud to announce announce its ongoing partnership with Elanco.

Animal-assisted therapy is a scientifically proven approach to helping those with mental health concerns achieve a more balanced mental and emotional state. Used widely in trauma-based approaches, it is a complementary modality where allied health professionals work alongside a variety of animals, such as dogs, cats, and horses, to alleviate physical or mental health conditions.

Through the partnership, Elanco is supporting ATL in the funding of approximately 6 sessions of animal-assisted therapy sessions for eligible veterinarians, vet nurses or veterinary science students to provide critically needed mental health support to the sector.

NOTE –

All applications are directly made with ATL, and all information remains strictly confidential with ATL.

All applications are made in personal capacity (not business capacity) and is based on “no obligation” to Elanco.

This is on a first come first served basis, based on eligibility (dependent on the availability of an Animal Assisted Therapy practitioner in the area of application)

Upon submission of your application, you will receive a call from ATL to discuss your application.

If successful, the sessions will be conducted over a maximum of 6 months from start date.
