Introduction
Requirements for certification and registration in Vascular Sonography are based, in part, on the results of periodic job analyses conducted by ARRT. In May 2026, a survey was sent to 1,700 vascular sonographers with questions about activities that they may perform. The Sonography/Vascular Sonography Practice Analysis Committee reviewed the results of the survey and recommended updates based on the returned surveys.
