Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey. We are keen to hear from people who are working with and/or engage with children and young people (0-18 years), as well as young people themselves.

Your feedback is incredibly valuable and will help the community to better understand how to support children and young people and the people and organisations that support them.

All responses will be kept confidential. Data will be used to generate reports and insights for community exploration, consultation and planning. Reporting will not include any identifiable information.
