Parent Experience Survey

The Face It Movement is collecting information on Kentucky parents' experiences with stress and accessing support.

Your input is valuable, and all responses will be kept anonymous. This information will be used to develop an informational paper and educational campaign to support parents throughout the Commonwealth.
