Butte County: Solar Panel Drop-Off Appointment Registration

every Thursday and Friday in October 2026 at the
Neal Road Recycling and Waste Facility

This appointment registration form is for collection of residential solar panels in Butte County. Solar panels must be from Butte County. Please complete this appointment registration to ensure drop-off day and to indicate your appointment date. When dropping your unwanted solar panels, please remain in your vehicle for safety purposes.

Please complete one survey per household. CPSC Staff will contact you to confirm drop-off appointment. Appointment registration required for drop-off.
