The City of Bristol Parks, Recreation, Youth and Community Services is implementing an accessibility project, which includes access audits and development of a Transition Plan to comply with title II of The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
The primary purpose of this survey is to gather accessibility preferences from community members impacted by disability. Survey responses will inform the Department of access priorities for parks and facilities and will be used to help organize improvement efforts. All responses and feedback will remain confidential. We welcome your feedback and thank you in advance for your participation.
This survey takes roughly 5-8 minutes to complete and may include up to 12 questions.
