Black History Month can mean many things. It may be a time to honor family or mentors, to reflect on your own story or celebrate traditions, culture and achievements that shape who you are and how you show up for your community.

We invite teammates to share what Black History Month means to them. Throughout February, we'll spotlight submissions on Vital Signs.

As a thank-you for sharing, teammates who submit responses will be entered to win RSFH swag and Charleston County Park passes. Winners will be selected at random.
