Help shape the future of our community!

Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your perspective on the future of our community. We are excited to hear from you! The Bend Vision Project is being led by Envision Bend, a local nonprofit organization that is bringing residents together to develop a community vision and plan for our future.

The answers from survey respondents like yourself will be completely anonymous, compiled with those of other survey respondents, and made available to the public in a final report.

We are first going to ask some general questions on your perceptions of our community and its future. We then have a few questions about specific issues in the community. Finally, we have some questions about yourself.
