This is a no-cost program for California teachers and school leaders.

Last day to register is Tuesday, June 23, 20226 at 2pm.

The information collected via this registration will be used for the sole purpose of
communicating with you and providing a summary report of teacher and school
demographics to the California Legislature, which is mandated by state statute. YOU
(individual name) will NOT be identified in ANY WAY in any report. Due to the
reporting requirements that are required by the CA state statue, we must report the
demographics of the participants attending our institutes and other professional
development opportunities. All fields are required. If you get to a question that you
do not know, you may start and restart this survey at any time as long as you return
to the computer that you began the survey. ALL personal information will be kept
