City of Bath Equity Assessment Survey 2025

Thank you for being willing to participate in our Equity Assessment for the City of Bath. We are excited to be embarking on this journey to discover more about the areas of Equity that the city does well and where it can improve.

This survey asks questions on various areas of the Municipality and its services. We ask that you answer the questions below as honestly as possible, and feel free to be as open as you feel comfortable being. The survey is anonymous and will be grouped together to learn overarching themes. Some questions will require various types of answers, but you will have an opportunity at the end to leave comments and suggestions.

Unless stated in the question, all terms or terminology are left up to the participant to define.
