Barriers to the professional development of psychiatrists
We are doing a multi-national study to identify attitudinal and institutional barriers to the professional development of psychiatrists. We hope that it will inform a roadmap for addressing issues related to the gender gap with subsequent educational events within the European Psychiatric Association. Prof Anita Riecher-Rössler, Prof Silvana Galderisi, Prof Sophia Frangou, and Prof Philip Gorwood are serving as consultants to this project led by Ozge Kilic and Mariana Pinto da Costa.
Informed Consent Participation is voluntary, and your answers will be kept strictly confidential and will remain anonymous at all times. By completing this questionnaire, you authorize the use of your responses for the research. Informed consent to participate will be implied if you return the questionnaire.
