Important Eligibility Information: Applicants must live or have a business in one of the 13 counties in the WV Hive's service area or be a student at WVU Institute of Technology (WVU Tech). Businesses must have been in operation for less than three years. Winners from the two most recent PSWV competitions are ineligible.
