Thompson School District Community Engagement Survey

The Thompson School District is committed to ensuring that all programs, services, and activities are accessible to people with disabilities. This survey will help us understand community needs and improve access to school facilities, events, and services.

Your input as a person with a disability, parent of a student with a disability, or as an advocate for people with disabilities is very important as we plan for the future. Please help us gather information and gain a better understanding by completing the following survey.

An estimated 10-15 minutes is required to complete the survey. Information will be collected to ensure we receive a balance of responses. However, individual respondents will not be identified in the survey. Participants have the option to decline or opt out at any point of the survey by closing the web browser.
