500 Festival Media Credentials Request Form | 2026

All requests must be made by April 24.
  • All credential requests must come from an assigning editor, producer, or director. Freelance media (including photographers and journalists) must be on assignment for a recognized media organization.
  • The 500 Festival retains final approval on all media credential applications. Please note that media credentials will not be issued to anyone under the age of 18.
  • Approvals or denials of requests or any additional information will be sent via email.
  • Credential Pickup: You are responsible for picking up your physical credential(s) at the 500 Festival Office, Mondays through Thursdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Please note: These credentials apply to 500 Festival events only and do not include access to the Indianapolis 500. For race credentials, please apply directly through their official application process here.
