500 Festival Media Credentials Request Form | 2026
All requests must be made by April 24.
All credential requests must come from an assigning editor, producer, or director. Freelance media (including photographers and journalists) must be on assignment for a recognized media organization.
The 500 Festival retains final approval on all media credential applications. Please note that media credentials will not be issued to anyone under the age of 18.
Approvals or denials of requests or any additional information will be sent via email.
Credential Pickup:
You are responsible for picking up your physical credential(s) at the 500 Festival Office, Mondays through Thursdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

These credentials apply to 500 Festival events only and do not include access to the Indianapolis 500. For race credentials, please apply directly through their
official application process here
