All program information is available on the CITE website, including program dates, cost, and location. We recommend reading the CTOM Applicant page before starting your application.

Please note that in-person classes will be held in Rancho Cucamonga, CA; classes will be held virtually in June and July.

Reminder about Nomination:
  • In order to be considered for the program, you must receive a nomination from a member of the Senior Executive Leadership team in your district. We highly recommend getting a nomination from your Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
  • Nominators must submit their nomination using the Nomination Form.
  • Nominations are due by the application deadline: September 2, 2025
