2026 Small Town Smoke Down: Bassano, AB - Vendor Application

VENDOR APPLICATION

The Town of Bassano is excited to host the 5th annual Small Town Smoke Down, a professional and amateur BBQ competition, from May 29 - 31, 2026, at the Community Hall and Homecoming Campground. This fun-filled, family-friendly event is designed to bring the community together for delicious food and great entertainment.

We invite you to showcase your products, services, or information as a vendor on the event grounds (610 2nd Avenue, Bassano) on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Vendors of all types are welcome!

HOW TO REGISTER:

To register as a vendor for the Small Town Smoke Down, please complete the application below and submit the $25.00 vendor fee. Payment can be made in person at the Town Office (502 2nd Avenue, Bassano), by credit card, or via e-transfer to town@bassano.ca.

Vendor registration is first-come first-serve and will close at 11:59 P.M. May 25, 2025.

* 3. 6-foot plastic tables are available for registered vendors upon request (first-come first-serve). If you require a plastic table or have any other items you wish to use at your booth, please list them below (e.g. tents, banners, trailers). Include the dimensions of each item. Items must be approved before they can be brought to the events grounds.

Each vendor will be allotted an area that is 20 feet wide by 10 feet deep.

* 5. Please indicate that you have read and agree with the following statements.

- Vendors must follow all event rules or they will be removed from the event grounds.

- Vendors are required to set up between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. the day of the event.

- All vendors must pay a $25.00 fee to operate at the event. Registration is not complete until payment has been received.

- Vendors must operate within the area provided to them by the Town of Bassano.
