Welcome to the MPG Studios Survey and thanks for taking part. The purpose of this study is for us to ascertain the impact the current business rates regime in the UK is affecting recording studios.

This survey is for UK producers, engineers, and studio managers/owners only.

The MPG has been campaigning for a long time on getting a fairer deal for recording studios in regards to Business Rates in the UK. We have anecdotal evidence that the level they have now reached is now damaging investment in future talent and in some cases closing.

We want everyone who takes part to be open and candid, so all of the data collected will remain anonymous. The findings will be presented in a report.
