This revised bye-law replaces S.I. No. 464 of 2014 to remove the following requirements:
  • details of the applicant's Personal Public Service Number (PPSN), unless no PPSN has been assigned.
  • a fully completed and signed application for vetting disclosure under the National Vetting Bureau legislation.
  • two recent colour passport-sized photographs of the applicant

The closing date for receipt of submissions is 5pm Monday, 28 September 2026. Any submissions received after that time will not be considered. A report on the consultation process will be published on www.coru.ie.
