Whether or not you are an ALPS‑insured attorney, your experiences are valuable. Your responses will help create the 2026 ALPS Solo Trends Report, a resource designed to help solo practitioners benchmark their practices and understand national trends in workload, operations, technology/AI, client expectations, and well‑being.

The survey is anonymous. No identifying information is collected or linked to your answers. Your responses will not be used for marketing purposes. Results are reported only in aggregate.

Participants may choose to receive the final Report by providing optional contact information at the end of the survey. This information is kept separate from survey responses to maintain anonymity.
