One-to-one consultation sessions for British military parents and carers based in Cyprus

If, following attendance at our online support sessions, you wish to apply for a one-to-one parent / carer consultation with a therapist, please complete the form below. These are 30-minute online consultations intended to provide brief, practical guidance on a specific issue or concern relating to the current situation in Cyprus and its impact on your child or family.

Please note that one-to-one consultation slots are limited. Little Troopers will be in contact as soon as possible after session 1 & 2 delivery with an update on your application.

- This form will be reviewed by Little Troopers, the information within will only be shared with Broad Horizons, our therapy programme lead provider.
- A member of the Little Troopers team will be in touch with further information about the consultation, if a slot is available.
- Consultations will be delivered online via Zoom.
- Consultations are not a crisis or emergency mental health service.
- Please do not include confidential military or operational information in this form.

Please list up to three specific questions you would like the therapist to cover during the consultation, in priority order. The therapist will do their best to cover all of them, but this may not be possible within the 30-minute consultation.

10.Is there anything important you would like the therapist to know in advance?
Participation guidance:
These are therapist-led 30-minute online consultations delivered using Zoom. To protect privacy and support safe participation, children and young people must not attend or be present during the consultation.

Participants are asked to:
- Join from a private and appropriate space.
- Make arrangements so that children and young people are not present in the room or able to overhear the consultation.
- Use the Zoom link provided by Little Troopers.
- Not share the consultation link with anyone else.
- Attend on time, as consultation slots cannot be extended.
- Treat the therapist respectfully.
- Not record, photograph or screenshot any part of the consultation.

During the consultation participants must not share:
- Specific military bases or locations.
- Deployment dates, routes or movement details.
- Operational information.
- Confidential service information.
- Names of units if this could create a security or confidentiality risk.
- Any other detail that could compromise personal, military or operational security.
