We are thrilled to invite you to our first Resource Fair of 2026. It will be an eventful day filled with helpful resources, free health screenings, and vital information from The Black Car Fund, Drivers Benefits, and all our amazing partners.

🕐 Two Sessions to Choose From

The fair will be held in two sessions, morning and afternoon, to keep things comfortable and easy for everyone.

Both sessions will include the same information, prizes, and raffles, so you can pick whichever time works best for you. There is no set program, so stop by anytime during the session you sign-up for.

🎁 Special Giveaways

The first 20 drivers to arrive for their session will receive an exclusive BCF Swag Bag!

You can also enter a separate raffle to win a free dashcam by referring other drivers to the Fair! Please remember that everyone must register. For every eligible driver or Member Base you get to RSVP, you will earn an entry into a special raffle.

Just make sure the people you refer include your name and TLC or NYSDMV License Number when they RSVP.

The more people you refer, the better your chances of winning!

🛡️ Safety & Check-In

Because attendance at our fall Downstate Resource Fairs were record-breaking, we have added new safety measures to ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone.

When you check in at the main entrance, you will receive a colored wristband. Before proceeding to the second floor, you must have on the wristband and keep it on for the duration of your visit. Once your session has ended and you have left, there is no reentry.
