Introduction and Lived Experience
Since 2006, Beaver County has been building and refining a countywide System of Care (SOC). The Beaver County SOC is organized to best serve people with complex needs by integrating all of the elements and every level of the behavioral health system. Based on the the Comprehensive Continuous Integrated System of Care (CCISC) model, it has since been expanded to include all populations and issues and all services and supports.
The SOC is funded in part through Pennsylvania’s Human Service Block grant which is managed through Beaver County Behavioral Health (BCBH), who administers most of the behavioral health and human services dollars spent in Beaver County. BCBH also takes the lead in developing the Human Service Plan.
As part of the planning and refining process, BCBH is gathering input from all stakeholders, including providers but most importantly clients and their families. You can help us learn about what works and what needs to be refined or added in Beaver County to best meet the needs of all Beaver County residents. By completing this survey, you are letting us know what we are doing well and what needs to be changed. Your answers will be confidential and will be grouped with all other responses when reported. This report will be used to inform the Human Service Plan for Beaver County.
Thank you for your time and consideration in helping us to better meet the needs of all Beaver County residents.
