NOMINATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY COB 7 August 2026

The Minuteman Partnership Award honors the spirit of the citizen-soldier, the idea that community and military strength are inseparable. Presented annually at the State of the Guard, this award recognizes one Colorado organization whose partnership has made a measurable difference in the readiness, resilience, or mission effectiveness of the Colorado National Guard (CONG).
-----------
Eligible nominees include recognized non-profit, corporate, educational, or civic organizations operating within Colorado whose qualifying actions occurred within the past 12 months. Federal, state, and local government entities, including police, fire, and municipal bodies, are generally not eligible unless the partnership falls clearly outside their normal statutory duties.
----------
We are looking for organizations that not only participated, but made an impact. Nominees should demonstrate clear mission alignment with CONG priorities: People, Warfighting Readiness, Transformation, and Partnerships, a sustained commitment that goes beyond a single event or gesture, and tangible outcomes that benefited Guard members, their families, or the communities they serve. If your organization has helped recruit the next generation of citizen-soldiers, supported families through deployment, strengthened emergency response coordination, or advanced public awareness of the Guard's mission, this award was made for you.
