At Ontario Shores, we have worked with youth to co-develop a virtual workshop series for young people (aged 12-18) that can support your mental health and explores relationships. Road to Adulthood is part of the Ontario Shores Recovery High School, a program for youth, by youth, to support mental health in young people.
What will we do?
This wellness-focused workshop series supports students as they prepare for life after high school by building confidence, self-awareness, resilience, and practical life skills. Through interactive activities and discussions, students will explore future opportunities, financial supports, personal goals, adult responsibilities, and helpful ways to manage stress and challenges. (Volunteer hours provided)
Dates: Wednesday July 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th and August 5th (every Wednesday)
Time: 5:00-6:30 pm on Zoom!
Please fill out this quick form to register! Participants will receive an Ontario Shores Certificate of Completion once the workshop series has ended. Hours attended can be used towards volunteer hours!
