Award criteria:
'An individual/caregiver (e.g. partner, parent, sibling, child, friend, unpaid carer, etc) who demonstrates support, understanding and dependability to someone living with or adjusting to HAN.'
Nomination criteria:
You must clearly explain how the individual demonstrates their support, understanding and dependability towards someone living with or adjusting to HAN.
'Certificates of Recognition' may be awarded based on the recommendations of the judging panel.

· Anyone who believes they have a suitable candidate.
· You can self-nominate.
· PINNT members and non-members.
