AdaptationHubs EU Twinning Exchange — Czechia, 8 October 2026 Survey

Thank you for your interest in the AdaptationHubs EU Twinning Exchange in Chodov, Karlovy Vary region (Czechia).

This exchange focuses on the transformation of a post-mining landscape: nature-based remediation of contaminated drainage water, regeneration of a mining-affected landscape for public use, and scaling demonstration measures up across a municipality.

The form takes about 13 minutes to be completed. Applications close on 4 September 2026 and all applicants will be informed of the outcome by 11 September 2026.

The physical visit takes place on 7–9 October 2026 and is complemented by online sessions before and after. The working language throughout is English. Please apply only if you can take part in the full programme.

A maximum of five mentee regions from five different countries will be selected.
