AUDIO-VISUAL REQUESTS FOR SESSIONS - IBA Annual Conference 2026

ONLY ONE ENTRY PER SESSION SHOULD BE SUBMITTED
PLEASE NOTE: only requests submitted by the deadline of Friday 31 July 2026 will be considered.

It is the speaker’s responsibility to bring their presentations with them saved onto a pen drive/ USB memory stick, and check that everything is in order at the Speaker Prep room onsite.

ALL equipment can only be requested prior to the conference.
If you require an alternative audio-visual equipment, please indicate this below.

Please note: not everything is possible in every room, and upon receipt of your request, we will be in contact with the venue to confirm and get back to you. Changes to the audio-visual can also affect the room capacity. 

IMPORTANT: absolutely no changes can be made on the day of the session or should be undertaken independently.

Microphones

The top table will have table microphones for the panellists, and there will be a microphone at the lectern.
In addition, roving mics for audience questions will be provided.

If you would like any additional microphones in your session, please indicate this below. IMPORTANT: together with the venue and their technician a decision will be made regarding number and type of microphones per session, in order to avoid technical issues.
