Toppenish Nurses:

Please take 5 minutes to complete the following survey to help us in bargaining. At our last session, management said that their current break relief system is working with few complaints and that they do not believe that they do not think that the current break relief approach needs to be changed, except perhaps in the ER We suspect that this is not the case and want to better understand how widespread is the issue of nurses not getting their breaks and nurses having to take too many patient to cover breaks by other nurses. Please answer the following questions honestly so we can show management they need to engage in this conversation meaningfully. Please indicate the unit and shift on which you work.
