Applying for a place

Dear Parents/carers

The application window for the Spring Term 2026 After School Activities is now open. Please complete one survey for each of your children.

This stage is an application only, it does not guarantee a place and undersubscribed clubs may not go ahead.

The deadline for submitting your applications is 12 noon Friday 28th November 2025, the questionnaire will close then.
Once you have made your selection, we will allocate places. Where clubs are over subscribed we will look at allocating places in a fair and equitable way ensuring as many children as possible can take part in activities. We will
allocate places by Monday 8th December 2025. If your application has been successful it will appear on your ParentPay page.

We ask that you secure your place with payment by Monday 15th December. After that date any unsecured places will be released to other children with up to date accounts.

Please note that clubs costs £60.00 per term (unless detailed below); this works out at 10 sessions per term at £6.00 per session.

Cooking - £120

Each will be collected through ParentPay like all other clubs.

Consideration will not be given to applications for children with
outstanding balances on ANY service, including music, instalments for residential trips or any other chargeable services as at the 28th November, if you pay by vouchers please ensure these have cleared into the school account by that date.

If the interest in any of these clubs is low we may not be able to run it.

Friday 21st November 2025 Clubs survey goes out to parents
Friday 28th November 2025
12 Noon Deadline for club applications,
survey closes. Balances must be clear 28th November 2025
Monday 8th December 2025
Clubs allocated on ParentPay
Monday 15th December 2025
 Confirm places with payment on ParentPay by this date.
Thursday 18th December 2025 Unsecured places opened up to other applicants with clear balances

1st Half term clubs Tuesday 6th January 2026 - Friday 13th February 2026, 6 sessions.
2nd Half Term clubs Monday 23rd February 2026 - Friday 20th March, 4 sessions.
Monday 23rd March for Monday clubs ONLY to cover missed session on Inset Day 5th January 2026.
