Autumn Term 2026 After School Activities Survey

Applying for a place

Dear Parents/carers

The application window for the Autumn Term 2026 After School Activities is now open. Please complete one survey for each of your children.

This stage is an application only, it does not guarantee a place and undersubscribed clubs may not go ahead.

The deadline for submitting your applications is 12 noon Friday 10th July, the questionnaire will close then.

Once you have made your selection, we will allocate places. Where clubs are over subscribed we will look at allocating places in a fair and equitable way ensuring as many children as possible can take part in activities. We will

allocate places from Monday 13th July 2025. If your application has been successful it will appear on your ParentPay page.

We ask that you secure your place with payment by Monday 20th July. After that date any unsecured places will be released to other children with up to date accounts.

Please note that clubs costs £60.00 per term (unless detailed below); this works out at 10 sessions per term at £6.00 per session.

Coding Club £100

Cooking - £120

Each will be collected through ParentPay like all other clubs.

Consideration will not be given to applications for children with

outstanding balances on ANY service, including lunch, music, instalments for residential trips or any other chargeable services as at the 10th July, if you pay by vouchers please ensure these have cleared into the school account by 3rd July 2026.

If the interest in any of these clubs is low we may not be able to run it.

TIMELINE

Tuesday 30th June 2026	Clubs survey goes out to parents
Friday 10th July 2026	12 Noon Deadline for club applications, survey closes. Balances must be clear on by 10th July
From Monday 13th July 2026	Clubs allocated on ParentPay
Monday 20th July 2026	Confirm places with payment on ParentPay by this date.
From Wednesday 22nd 2026	Unsecured places opened up to other applicants.
