ARIN Trustees and representatives from a General Member in Good Standing may make up to six (6) nominations for the ARIN Board of Trustees and 15 for the Advisory Council. Nominees do not need to be employed by an ARIN Member organization. Self-nominations are permitted. ARIN Board of Trustees and Advisory Council incumbents may be re-elected for consecutive terms.
Any individual, regardless of ARIN Membership status, may nominate candidates for the Number Resource Organization Number Council (NRO NC) position. The only requirement for a nominee is that they reside in the ARIN Service Region. Self-nominations are permitted. NRO NC incumbents may be re-elected or re-appointed for consecutive terms.
The NRO NC Elections will open to all North American Network Operators' Group (NANOG) and ARIN fall meeting attendees only on Monday, 1 October. ARIN's Board of Trustees and Advisory Council and NRO NC Elections will open to ARIN Voting Contacts on Thursday, 4 October and close on Friday, 12 October.
