ANZEA is proposing a new Constitution to meet the requirements of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and to better reflect how we work as a professional evaluation community in Aotearoa New Zealand.
This portal is part of the final engagement phase before the Special General Meeting. Its purpose is to support members' understanding of the proposed Constitution and the key changes.
On the next pages you can:
- let us know if there is anything that is unclear or hard to follow
- flag any minor errors (for example, typos or cross-references)
We will group questions by theme and publish a summary of questions and responses, along with any minor refinements to the draft Constitution, by 20 March 2026.
