ANBC DEA Community Development Plan | Public Survey

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council is inviting people who live, work, volunteer, learn, worship, or take part in community life in the Borough to complete this questionnaire.

The purpose is to understand the needs, strengths, and priorities in each local area so that a Local Community Development Plan can be developed for each of the 7 District Electoral Areas (DEAs) in Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough.

The development of these plans form part of WEAVE (We Educate, We Empower, We Engage), a community capacity-building programme funded and delivered through the Council's PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan under Strand 2: Thriving and Peaceful Communities, Programme 4: Our Shared Borough.

Your views will help:

• Identify local needs and gaps in services;
• ANBC understand what matters most to people across the Borough;
• Pinpoint local priorities and practical actions; and
• Contribute to a wider Borough Community Support Plan

The survey should take around 10 to 12 minutes to complete. Please answer based on your knowledge of your local area and the people in it.
