The Board of Directors of AMSSA invites member agencies to nominate an individual or organization for the Diversity and Leadership Awards.
We at AMSSA strive to celebrate and recognize on a provincial scale the achievements of those who exemplify creativity, innovation, leadership and steadfast commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion, particularly in the face of the settlement and integration sector's challenges and changes.
THE AWARDS
For more information on the awards read the nomination criteria. Nominators are encouraged to inform the nominee of this nomination. If the nominee is shortlisted, AMSSA will contact them directly.
Participants can nominate for any or all categories. The categories are as follows:
- Riasat Ali Khan Diversity Award (organization)
- Service Recognition Staff Award (Individual)
- Service Recognition Volunteer Award (Individual)
- Transformative Leadership Award (Individual)
Nominations can be made in either through the online form by starting below, OR via video submission.
Videos can be captured using a mobile device, camera, or via video conferencing. Please submit a link to your video via a file-sharing software (such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox) to amssa@amssa.org.
