The Supplier Leadership Award honors an airport, organization, or individual who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, commitment and innovation in advancing aviation supplier engagement programs.

This prestigious award celebrates those who go beyond compliance, actively working to level the playing field by fostering meaningful partnerships, creating pathways for businesses, and ensuring that airports reflect the communities they serve. Whether through groundbreaking programs, mentorship initiatives, or impactful procurement strategies, this award recognizes those who turn vision into action—driving business opportunities that uplift and empower enterprises.

Eligibility Criteria
Nominees must meet one or more of the following criteria:

Airports: U.S. airports of any size have implemented successful supplier diversity programs, policies, or initiatives.
Organizations: Companies, government agencies, or nonprofits that have significantly contributed to supplier diversity in the aviation sector.
Individuals: Leaders, advocates, or procurement professionals who have championed and driven impactful supplier diversity efforts.

Nominees must demonstrate measurable achievements within the last two years.
