Annual Meeting Entertainment Interest Survey

Greetings from the Meeting Planning Office of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC):

This year’s SACSCOC Annual Meeting will be held at George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, TX, December 5 – 9. We are reaching out to our local member institutions for assistance. We are looking for musical groups of up to 10 students to help us execute a successful conference by providing entertainment for our attendees.

A group honorarium of $500 will be provided. If you have a student ensemble you would like to recommend, please complete/ have them complete this survey by close of business Thursday, November 5, 2026.

We need entertainment for one of the thirty-minute slots preceding each of our General Sessions on the dates:
Opening General Session – 12/6, 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Monday General Session – 12/7, 8:30 am – 9:00 am
The group will be asked to arrive an hour early to set up and complete sound check and will be provided with parking instructions beforehand. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Thank you in advance for your support!
