The American College of Surgeons is thrilled to announce the launch of the 2026-2027 Aspiring Leaders Program. This program provides a unique opportunity for a Senior Fellow and a Mid-Career Fellow to collaborate on professional development and leadership potential. The program will involve twenty pairs initially, with plans for expansion in the future. Participants in the pilot program will not be charged, but they must commit for up to a year. After this period, there will be a reassessment to determine the future of the expanded program. The selection process will prioritize pair compatibility and inclusivity in terms of gender, ethnicity, practice, and specialty.
