American College of Surgeons Aspiring Leaders Program: Mentee Application

The American College of Surgeons Division of Member Services Aspiring Surgeons Leaders Program. This program matches a senior Fellow with a mid-career Fellow, focusing on professional development and the maximization of leadership potential, which is critical for the future of surgeon leaders. The program will be limited to a maximum of twenty pairs in Cohort 4. Applicants must be US-based ACS Fellows. There is no fee to participate in the ACS AL 2026 program; only your time and commitment of up to one year, with an end-of-term reassessment. The selection process will be deliberate and centered on pair compatibility, while ensuring inclusivity across practice and specialty.
