Thank you for participating in the AHLA's Annual Wage & Benefits survey! The data we collect through our 2026 Wage & Benfits Survey will:
- Benchmark your property's wages and salaries against similar properties
- Make strategic decisions about wage and salary adjustments and benefits
- Support the AHLA to effectively represent and advocate for your interests
- Help the AHLA to offer programs and services for you to improve your employee value proposition
Incomplete surveys will not be accepted. This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Please answer all questions that apply to your property. If you do not have certain positions that are listed in the following questions, you do not need to provide wages for them. Leave the response for that position blank. Decimals are accepted, and please refrain from using any other symbols (dollar signs, commas. etc.). After you have answered the questions, please go to the final question in the survey and select "Yes" to submit your responses.
If you represent more than one property in Alberta, please complete a separate survey for each property.
Individual responses will be kept strictly confidential and only collective results will be included in the final report. Incomplete surveys will not be considered or included in the final data results.
The survey deadline is Tuesday, June 30 at 4 p.m. Final survey results will be published by early August. Participating member properties who submit a completed survey will receive a
FREE copy of the 2026 AHLA Compensation & Workforce Insights Report.
