Introduction
The Army Families Federation (AFF), Naval Families Federation (NFF) and RAF Families Federation (RAFFF) are working together to capture feedback from Regular Service personnel and their families. We want to know how satisfied you are with your pay and personal financial circumstances over the last 12 months.
The results of these questionnaires will be analysed to better understand the financial issues faced by Service families as a whole, and to identify whether there are any that are specific to each of the single Services.
This evidence will be used to inform a range of interested stakeholders that the Families Federations regularly engage with, including the MOD and the Armed Forces' Pay Review Body (AFPRB).
We are inviting serving personnel, spouses and partners to take part in our questionnaire, which should take no more than five minutes to complete.
