Headway UK's Action for Brain Injury Week's 2026 survey - for carers

Introduction

Thank you for your interest in our ABI Week survey Isolation after brain injury.

Isolation is described as being alone or separated from others. It can commonly cause feelings of loneliness. We know that isolation and loneliness can be common for people after brain injury, and we are doing this survey to better understand these experiences.

This survey has been designed to be completed by carers. A separate survey for brain injury survivors is available at www.surveymonkey.com/r/ABI2026.

All responses will be anonymous and treated confidentially.

We understand that this may be a sensitive topic. Please contact our helpline if you need emotional support at any point during this survey.

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
