Everyone who completes the survey can choose to be entered into a drawing for one of six, $50 digital gift cards.

Sharing the results: The results of this survey will be shared in aggregate with Summit partners and participants. Your name and email will remain confidential to our evaluation partner, Raindrop Workshop. We will not include any personally identifying details when sharing results, unless you share permission to be quoted using your name.
